Blend — Cerrado Mineiro & Mogiana
A bold, full-bodied blend honoring the earth where our grandparents built their lives. Combining beans from Cerrado Mineiro and Mogiana, Terra delivers dark chocolate intensity with smoky undertones and a velvety finish.
Medium-Dark
Terra is our tribute to the soil — the red earth of Minas Gerais and São Paulo that gave Joaquim and Lázara their livelihood. This blend combines 60% Cerrado Mineiro (Mundo Novo variety, semi-washed) with 40% Mogiana (Catuaí, natural), creating a cup that is simultaneously powerful and refined. The Cerrado component brings structure, body, and dark chocolate depth, while the Mogiana adds sweetness and a lingering caramel finish. Roasted slightly darker to develop the smoky, toasted qualities that remind us of the wood-fired roaster in our grandparents' backyard.

Great cold brew base. I steep it for 18 hours and it comes out incredibly smooth with those chocolate notes.
