Add some JOLA coffee to get started.

Single Origin — São Paulo, Brazil
A bright, sweet cup from the highlands of São Paulo state. Grown at 900–1,100m by small family farms in the Alta Mogiana region, this natural-process coffee delivers milk chocolate sweetness with hazelnut and caramel undertones.
Medium
The Alta Mogiana region in northeastern São Paulo has been producing exceptional coffee since the 1800s. Our lot comes from a collective of three family farms — Sítio São Joaquim, Fazenda Lázara, and Sítio Esperança — who share equipment, knowledge, and a commitment to sustainable agriculture. The volcanic basalt soil and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for the Yellow Catuaí variety, which develops complex sugars during its extended cherry maturation period. After selective hand-picking, the cherries are dried on raised beds for 18–22 days, developing the characteristic sweetness and body that define this origin.
The smoothest Brazilian coffee I've ever had. The chocolate notes are incredible — like drinking a warm hug.
I brew this every morning with a V60 and it's consistently perfect. Sweet, balanced, zero bitterness.
Beautiful bag, beautiful coffee. The hazelnut comes through strong in a French press. Would love a darker roast option.
Bought this as a gift and ended up ordering two more bags for myself. The caramel sweetness is addictive.
